Heather is the principal lawyer and founder of JPang Legal. Heather’s interest in the law and her devotion to her clients has led to high standard of her practice. Her mission is to offer help and support to her clients in navigating complex legal issues with positive experience.

Heather practices in the areas of property law, business law, will and estate, family law and litigation. She has extensive experience in commercial and residential property transactions, representing purchasers, sellers, lenders, landlords and tenants in all aspect of their real property transactions, including the preparation, review and negotiation of contracts, leases, loan documents, license agreements, confidentiality agreements and all matter related to the acquisition, conveyance, ownership and leasing of the real estate.

Prior to establishing JPang Legal, Heather had numbers of years work experience in Australia, Hong Kong and mainland China as a legal counsel and a lawyer in private sectors. She is equipped with excellent legal skills in drafting and negotiating legal documents in English and Chinese bilingual contents. She speaks native Cantonese and Mandarin.

In her spare time, Heather enjoys travelling around the world with her family, weekly exercise at the gym and weekend home theater night as a treat.
